Are you a shot-putter who would like to improve technical? Do you need advice from an experienced throwing coach? Then our throwing camp is meant for you!

Book a seven-day training camp in the South of France to train intensively for a week and concentrate on improving your technical level, weight training and increasing and applying your power and speed during the throw. Which will lead to better performance during competitions.

The group consists of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants.
For beginners or experienced athletes.

We use the equipment of ATE, so that you can benefit from the best to optimize your skills.

English, French and Dutch spoken.

Program;
Day 1: Arrival and introduction to the group. 1st training session if the various arrival times allow this.
Day 2 -6 : Morning session and afternoon session. 
Day 7: Departure day, given the various departure times, no more sporting activities are planned for this day.

Travel costs and accommodation costs are not included.

If a local competition is organized during the week, we will register the participants for this so that they can put the learned techniques into practice immediately.
